Questions

What tourism operators ask us first.

Is this confidential?
Yes. Nothing goes anywhere without your say-so: no listing, no advertising, and no signal to your staff, your suppliers, or your competitors. Initial conversations are held in confidence, and we put an NDA in place once we engage. Most owners we work with have told nobody except a spouse.
Will a buyer discount my business because it is seasonal?
An uninformed one might. A buyer who has never run a seasonal business tends to price the unfamiliar part as risk. The fix is preparation and the right buyer, not accepting the discount: clean seasonal numbers, a clear working capital picture, and an introduction to people who already understand the shape.
When should I start if I want to be out after next season?
Now is a good time, and a first conversation costs nothing. The earlier we start, the more options you have, whether that is a sale, a partner, or a plan to grow first. Even with one season to go, we can look at what is worth tightening before a buyer asks.
What does this cost?
Every situation is different, so it is better discussed directly with the team. The first conversation is free, and anything past that is scoped and quoted in writing before it starts.

Something not answered here? Ask us directly.

Started here. Sold here. Still here.

The first conversation is free and it is not a sales meeting. Coffee, a beer after work, or we stop by the office. Bring nothing.
